Businesses or individuals that bid to complete tasks should find that
the feedback system allows you to build a reputation in the form of feedback scores and comments. When you apply to do a job you may find that customers are willing to pay a premium for your services as you have a good feedback score and they feel confident that they will get a good service. It also allows you to focus on providing a quality service to your customers and worry less about finding customers through costly advertising. |

When you post your task you should find that you receive several bids on your job. This encourages Bidders to give competitive prices so that you choose them, saving you money without having to ring around getting quotes. You can then choose the Bidder based on price and also the quality of the feedback that they have received, allowing you to make a more informed decision. |

We recommend that individuals make their compliant felt at the company and give them time to remedy the situation; if this is not successful then you may wish to seek legal advice. We hope that the feedback system will deter poor business practice and should you have bad
experiences with a company you will have the opportunity to explain what happened using the feedback system to warn other users. |

We are not involved in the payments made between individuals. When users post a job they are submit their preferred payment method, this may be cash or a bank transfer etc. We recommend that users exercise the same degree of caution when making payments to our Bidders that you would exercise when paying anyone else. |
